Here at Equus Workforce Solutions -Idaho, we provide services for adults and dislocated workers utilizing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). WIOA is a federally funded program that provides Job Seekers access to services to support their training and employment service's needs.

Equus Workforce Solutions - Idaho can provide many services to adults with barriers to employment through our WIOA Program (Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act). This program allows us to provide job skills for Idaho's job seekers. We can do this by providing paid work experience, on-the-job training, work readiness courses, and classroom training!

Create a Free IdahoWorks Job Seeker account
An Intake Specialist will call you within 2 business days
You will be assigned a Career Coach in your area to collect Eligibility Documents from you.
Once all eligibility documentation is collected, Your Career Coach may start the assessment and enrollment process.
